BUSINESS CENTRE
A BUSINESS CENTRE AND BUREAU DE CHANGE IS SITUATED ON THE GROUND FLOOR IN THE MAIN RECEPTION OF THE CTICC AT CTICC COFFEE ON THE SQUARE.
Other services include:
Business and secretarial services, i.e. printing, photocopying, faxing, binding, laminating, typing, email service etc.
A self-service internet and email service, as well as a laptop zone for those who require a connection.
An international telephone service as well as web conferencing.
An international courier service.
A short-term cell phone rental service and the sale of leading business accessories.
A bureau de change service.
PRE – REGISTRATION
Registration will open on the 1st June 2015.
CONGRESS REGISTRATION COUNTER
The congress counter will be located onsite at the CTICC and will be open from 22 November 2015 onwards.
CONGRESS LANGUAGE
The official language is English. Simultaneous translation will not be provided.
FINAL PROGRAM AND ABSTRACTS
The final program and abstracts will be published prior to the congress. Delegates will receive a copy of the final program with the congress material on site.
LETTER OF INVITATION
The congress organization will be pleased to send a formal letter of invitation to delegates requesting an invitation letter for visa purposes. It is understood that such an invitation is intended to help potential delegates to raise funds or to obtain a visa. This does not imply a commitment from the congress to provide any financial support. Letters of invitation may be requested from the congress secretariat no later than 20 October 2015. The letters will be sent via email.
VISA
The entry formalities and vaccination requirements for South Africa vary according to the country of origin. For specific information, you may contact your local travel agent or the South African Consulate in your home country.
INSURANCE
Please notice that the congress fee does not include insurance. All participants should arrange for their own insurance. Health and accident insurance is recommended and would need to be purchased in the country of origin.

No responsibility can be accepted for any cancellations or changes for whatever reason, to the programs, partial or total, without notice. The submission of a registration form is indication of your acceptance of these.
